We’re currently looking for a Field Marketing Associate who wants to grow into a sales career while learning on the job and making an immediate impact.

What You Will Be Doing

You’ll be in the field, representing our brand and supporting our sales and marketing efforts:

• Visiting active job sites and placing marketing materials (signs, flyers, door hangers)
• Knocking on doors in targeted neighborhoods to introduce our services
• Assisting with lead generation and customer experience
• Collecting content (photos, videos, testimonials) for marketing use
• Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to identify high-opportunity areas

This role is designed to evolve. In the first few weeks, you’ll be trained by a seasoned team member who will guide you through the basics, from our on-site operations to client acquisition strategies.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated professional with a foundation in marketing, sales, or communications — someone ready to grow into a leadership role with the right guidance and support. The ideal candidate will have:

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, field promotion, or customer-facing roles (internships or entry-level positions count).

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven ability to meet goals and manage time effectively in fast-paced, self-directed environments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident speaking with homeowners and community members.

• Solid understanding of marketing and sales fundamentals, including lead generation, customer engagement, and brand representation.

• Proficiency with technology tools such as CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Google Workspace, and social media platforms.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for field events or community activations.
