All American Painting Plus is a well-respected and fast-growing business serving Northern Virginia with an outstanding reputation for excellence. We’ve provided professional painting, carpentry, and power washing services to residential clients for over 20 years.
We are looking for a driven and energetic person to join our team as an Estimator/Sales Representative. In this position, you will sell residential and light commercial painting and carpentry to homeowners and property managers across Northern Virginia. If you are a goal-oriented individual with a passion for closing the deal, this opportunity is for you. We will look for you to be involved in our business development, lead generation, marketing, and networking activities.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable with CRM software
- Ability to run 3–5 in-home appointments per day across Northern Virginia (company vehicle provided)
- Industry knowledge is a plus
Compensation will be performance-driven with a base salary of $40,000–$45,000 + commission and monthly/yearly bonus potential. Expected earnings range from $85,000–$110,000+ annually, with top performers consistently achieving this level.
Paid time off, flexible schedule, and company vehicle provided.
