All American Painting Plus recently completed a five-day interior commercial painting project in Herndon, VA, giving a warehouse a clean and modern look. The project involved spraying and back-rolling approximately 2,450 square feet of concrete block and 1,670 square feet of drywall. With careful use of scaffolding and specialized techniques, we ensured even coverage across large surface areas. Our attention to detail in both preparation and execution resulted in a flawless, professional finish that exceeded expectations.

Background/Story:
Rick, the warehouse owner, needed a reliable painting company that could handle the unique demands of his facility. The warehouse required precision painting, especially in areas with tight corners, electrical lines, and high walls. Scope of Services:
- Interior Commercial Painting: Sprayed and back-rolled approximately 2,450 square feet of concrete block and 1,670 square feet of drywall.
- Surface Preparation: Covered floors, protected electrical lines, and ensured that no areas outside the designated surfaces were affected by overspray. In smaller, tighter areas, we used brushes and rollers for precise application.
- Scaffolding Use: Applied paint on high walls using scaffolding to maintain even, uniform coats throughout the space.
- Quality Control: Ensured that all coats were smooth and consistent by back-rolling and applying multiple layers where needed.
