Description:
All American Painting Plus is hiring experienced subcontractor painting crews across Northern Virginia. We have more work than we can currently staff and we’re looking for serious, professional crews who want steady, long-term project flow.
What we’re looking for:
- Crews of 2–6 painters
- Experience with both interior and exterior painting
- Workers’ Compensation insurance required
- General Liability insurance required
- Presentable, clean van (magnet or unbranded is fine)
- Carpentry / wood repair experience a plus
- Crew leader with conversational English
- Pride in your work — quality, cleanup, and attention to detail matter
